RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At Bare Truths Apparel, many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we ask that you carefully review sizing charts, product descriptions, and order details before completing your purchase.
Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to resolving issues when products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

REPORTING TIMEFRAME
Any claims regarding damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or missing items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if:
• You received the wrong item
• You received the wrong size compared to your order
• Your item arrived damaged
• Your item contains a manufacturing defect
• The design was printed incorrectly
• The design is significantly misaligned, upside down, distorted, blurry, or noticeably different from the approved design
• The product received differs substantially from the product ordered
Each claim is reviewed individually.
Photos may be required before a replacement or refund can be approved.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REFUND, OR EXCHANGE
Because products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong color
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Items that have been worn
• Items that have been washed
• Items that have been altered
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor variations in color due to screen or monitor differences
• Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events outside of our control
SIZE RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for reviewing all available size charts before placing an order.
Sizing charts are provided whenever available. Because products are manufactured by multiple production partners, sizing may vary slightly between product styles.
Please review measurements carefully before ordering.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Do not return any items without contacting Bare Truths Apparel first.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the next steps.
RETURN SHIPPING
If the return is the result of our error, a manufacturing defect, or a fulfillment issue, Bare Truths Apparel may cover replacement or return-related costs when appropriate.
For approved returns not caused by our error, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only before production begins.
Because most Bare Truths Apparel products are made to order, cancellation requests submitted after production has started may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
• Verify the shipping address provided
• Check with household members, neighbors, or property management
• Contact the shipping carrier directly
Bare Truths Apparel is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but later lost or stolen.
REFUNDS
If a refund is approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
• Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Please allow several business days for refunded funds to appear in your account.

Bare Truths Apparel reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
